Piston pressure reducer

(VT.086.NH) The direct action piston pressure regulator (reducer) is purposed for controlled working medium pressure reduction in cold and hot water supply networks, hot water heating, as well as on industrial pipelines transporting liquids not aggressive towards reducer materials. Regulation takes place according to "downstream" scheme.

The reducer maintains the outlet pressure not exceeding the setup one (permissible deviation is ± 10%), regardless of pressure surges in the network. In static mode, the pressure downstream the reducer also does not exceed the setup one. The reducer has holes on both sides for connection of the pressure gauge.

The reducer is purposed for use in the systems with working pressure up to 25 bar and working medium temperature from +1 to +130 °C. Outlet pressure regulation range: 1.0–5.5 bar. Factory setting: 3 bar.
