Linear reducer – consumption controller (limiter)

(VT.084.N) The structure of the linear pressure reducer-consumption limiter VT.084 is patented. The use of the given item in multi-storey buildings provides for controlling the estimated consumption of water by each user, during peak consumption hours its supply would be made sure to all the apartments, including those on the upper floors. It is impossible to make any unsanctioned changes to the configurations: the output pressure is regulated through the input threaded nozzle (the regulatory screw is accessible only, when the reducer is dismantled) using a flat screwdriver. The range of regulation: 1.5–4 bar; default configuration – 2.8 bar. It is mandatory to place a filter before the reducer and the cell size of the filter element should not be more than 200 µm. The body of the linear reducer-consumption limiter is made of hot pressed brass with nickel plating and the spring is made of residual chlorine resistant stainless steel of brand AISI 316.
