Spring piston pressure reducer with pressure gauge

(VT.088.N) The spring-piston type pressure reducer is meant for regulated reduction in pressure of the transported medium in circuits of cold and hot water-supplies, compressed air transport, as well as in technological pipelines, which transport liquids and gases, which are noncorrosive to the item’s materials. Main area of use: domestic inlets of cold and hot water. The reducer maintains an output pressure not exceeding the set level, independent of fluctuations of pressure in the circuit, as well as in static mode. The regulation is applied on “following” basis. The built-in pressure gauge helps visually regulate the pressure levels. The reducer’s body is made of high-quality nickel-plated sanitary brass brand CW617N. The material of stem, piston, spindle housing and regulatory screw (ball): brass brand CW614N; gasket: EPDM-Perox. The device’s main technical features: nominal pressure: 16 bar; maximum temperature od working medium: 130°C; maximum reduction coefficient: 1:10; minimum and maximum range: 1.0-5.5 bar; default output pressure: 3 bar; permissible (tolerance) deviation from the set pressure level in case of abrupt changes in input pressure: ±10%. The domestic pressure reducer VT.088 is fitted with a pressure gauge of diameter 41 mm; range of measurement: 0-9 bar.
