Stainless steel fittings – slip clutch

(VTi.904.I) Two-bell slip stainless steel clutch is designed for connection of thin-walled steel pipes in water supply and heating systems and other engineering and technological installations with operating temperature up to 120 °C. Nominal pressure is 16 bar.

In contrast to the standard clutch, the slip one has no stop in the middle of the body, which permits it to move along the pipe surface, and to the installer to execute press-connection even in the narrowest spaces.

Stainless steel fittings – slip clutch VTi.904.l made of AISI 304 steel. O-ring material is EPDM Sh70 elastomer.

The advantage of union-free connectors is low local resistance coefficient (channel narrowing is practically absent). The fitting is designed for compression using V-profile press tools.
