Stainless steel fitting – reducer nipple

(VTi.580.I) The stainless steel reducer nipple is part of the VT.INBOX-PRESS system meant for connecting elements of various diameters with female thread. The thread in the lesser diameter connector has notches – to effectively hold the gasket material. The hexagonal part of the body (for spanner use) makes it easy to install this fitting. The fitting is made of AISI 304 brand steel, which is resistance to corrosion, chemical and thermal effects. At the same time it is not recommended to use VT.INBOX-PRESS fittings for pipelines transporting liquid hydrocarbons and hydrochloric solutions.
