Welding kit «Maxi»

(VTp.799.M) The «Maxi» welding kit is designed for manual extrusion welding of pressurized polypropylene pipelines, where the external pipe diameter is from 40 to 125 mm.

The welding machine comprises of a metallic body and disc-shaped heating panel, which has built-in THE (Tubular Heating Element) of total power rating of 1500 W (2x750 W). The machine has switches, temperature control lights and a built-in thermal-regulator with temperature scale. The range of temperature regulation is 50–320°C.

The heating panel and replaceable attachments are made of aluminium alloy. The attachments have anti-adhesion (release) coating (Teflon). The panel coating enables the execution of butt welding of pipes. The time of pre-heating (260°C) is no more than 20 minutes.

The equipment is packed in a 440x300x105 mm red metallic box. The total kit weight is 6.17 kg.
