Mixer kit for VARIMIX system with bypass and four-way valves

(VT.VAR21.G) Quick installation modules VARIMIX: conceived by our designers, compactly assembled and heat insulated fitting units. The use of this item allows the reduction in the time required for planning and installation of heating systems in cottages, town houses, small scale commercial facilities etc, and helps avoid designing and installation complications. At the same time the cost of the ready module is less than buying all included items separately and assembling them. The high temperature module VAR 21 is meant for connection with manifold kit VAR 30 on a circuit, which has low circuit temperature as compared to the boiler. The set temperature of the heating medium is maintained in the circuit with the help of the included in the module bypass with balancing valve and three-way mixing valve. To protect the circulation pump in such a circuit against idol pumping, as well as to retain hydraulic stability in the system as a whole, the module has a bypass with regulated throughput valve. The feed and return lines are fitted with rotatable drainage valves, dial thermometer and manual air-vents. Apart from that at the output of the feed line a ball valve is installed and on the return line there is a check valve. The module is also heat insulated using cellular polystyrene and has all fixtures. The pump must be ordered separately depending on the hydraulic properties of the connected system. Installed length of the pump:180 mm. The material of pipes in the module: bronze OTS 60PB2 (EN 1982-00), fittings: brass CW617N or CW614N. Nominal diameter of pipes: 32 mm. Connection to the circuit pipes: using male thread G 1¼”. Maximum heating capacity of the connected system: 35 kW (Δt=20°С).
