Modular manifold for VARIMIX systems

(VT.VAR30.G) Quick installation modules VARIMIX: conceived by our designers, compactly assembled and heat insulated fitting units. The use of this item allows the reduction in the time required for planning and installation of heating systems in cottages, town houses, small scale commercial facilities etc, and helps avoid designing and installation complications. At the same time the cost of the ready module is less than buying all included items separately and assembling them.in the VARIMIX system the VT VAR 30 module serves for the distribution of heating medium to pumping (mixing) groups and pumping-mixing units of heating loops (one contour is connected to each module). Manifold modules can be interconnected serially to create blocks. Material of the pipes in the module: bronze brand OTS60PB2 (EN 1982-00). The modules comprise of: built-in ball valves (on outlets), heat insulation comprising of cellular polystyrene, fixtures and union pipes with coupling nuts for connecting the pumping groups and pumping-mixing units. The connection of manifolds to each other with hydraulic distributor VT VAR 00 (its use is recommended by VALTEC) is carried-out with the help of dual thread nipple VT 606 (diameter: 1¼”). Nominal diameter of outwards connectors: 32 mm. Maximum heating capacity of the connected system: 104 kW (Δt=20°С).
