Closing section with a manual air vent valve

(VT.AVF02.N) Closing section is an auxiliary reusable mounting element designed for the cases when hydraulic testing (crimping) of the heating system should be performed before heaters installation.

The closing section is equipped with a manual air vent valve which allows you to release air from the system before the hydraulic test.

The mounting ear with a hole makes it possible to mount the product on a wall or partition using a metal pricker or bolt to avoid accidental damage of the supply pipes.

Connecting thread: external, 3/4", "Eurocone". Depending on the type of the connected pipes, fittings VT.4410 can be used for their connection (pipes made of cross-linked and heat-resistant polyethylene), as well as VT.4420, VTc.712.NE (metal polymer pipes), VT.4430 (copper pipes), VTp.708. E (polypropylene pipes).

The center distance of the connection nozzles is 50 mm.

These fitting are designed for systems with the operating pressure not exceeding 10 bar, test pressure up to 15 bar and the maximum operating temperature of 110 °C.
