Desliming filter with plastic case, XL (model 2023)

(VT.381.B) Desliming filter (flushing magnetic sludge trap) is used for liquid flow cleaning from insoluble mechanical impurities in hot and cold water piping systems (including potable quality), as well as glycol-containing solutions (with the concentration of up to 50 %) at the temperature of the carried medium up to 90°C and the pressure up to 0.3 MPa.

The main areas of application are purification of hot and cold water at the input to the apartment (cottage), as well as purification of the heating medium upstream of domestic heat generators and boilers.

The filter allows three cleaning methods at the same time:
• slime separation due to the cyclone effect;
• removal of magnetic particles from the flow due to presence of two built-in permanent magnets;
• mechanical cleaning on a mesh filter element.

Rotary structure of the filter makes possible its installation both on a horizontal and on a vertical or inclined section of a pipeline. At the same time, the filter chamber remains in the position in which slime is accumulated in its lower part upstream of the drainage valve.

Desliming filter case is made of PA66 + GF30% polyamide-reinforced glass which makes it resistant to any kinds of corrosion and chemical impact.

The filter is equipped with integrated ball valves allowing its disconnection from the system for cleaning and maintenance.
