Domestic Hydraulic-impact Reliever

(VT.CAR19.I) The membrane hydraulic-impact damper VT.CAR19 is meant to compensate pressure surges, which occur in case of sudden opening or closing of shutoff fittings in domestic water-supply circuits. The device also acts as an expansion tank, which receives the excess of water, which occurs in pipes due to natural heating in case of no water outlet. The hydraulic impact compensator VT.CAR19 consists of a miniature tank made of stainless-steel brand AISI 304L with an EPDM separator membrane inside. Small extrusions on the surface of the membrane provide for the prevention of its adjoining with the tank body and maximum area of contact of membrane with the transported medium. The capacity of the VT.CAR19 hydraulic-impact damper tank is 0.162l, with default pressure setting in the air-chamber: 3.5 bar; maximum working pressure in the protected domestic pipeline: 10 bar; maximum pressure in case of hydraulic-impact: 20 bar; maximum working temperature: 100°C.
