Universal controller for mixer units

(VT.K300) VT.K300 universal controller for mixing units is designed for smooth control of pump mixing units of various types. The mixing valve is controlled in a smooth mode using PID regulation principle; the user can adjust PID coefficients for each single object. The pump is controlled in a discrete mode (on / off) at the given heat carrier temperature. One controller is purposed for control of one pump mixing unit.

The controller supports four main modes of operation:
• smooth maintenance of heat carrier temperature;
• weather-dependent regulation;
• regulation according to room air temperature;
• regulation according to room air temperature with limitation of the heat carrier temperature according to the weather-dependent chart.

The controller is equipped with three digital temperature sensors:
• heat carrier temperature sensor;
• outside air sensor;
• room temperature sensor.

Sphere of VT.K300 controller application:
• control of VT.COMBI, VT.TECHNOMIX and VT.VALMIX pump mixing units;

VT.K300 controller commands the following actuators:
• VT.TE3041.0.024 and VT.TE3043.0.024 electrothermal actuators of normally closed type with supply voltage of 24 V; regulation is carried out by means of PWM signal with 24 V voltage;
• VT.M106.0.230 and VT.M106.0.024 three-position rotary electric drives; control is carried out by two electromagnetic relays;
• pumps in on / off mode; control is performed by a separate electromagnetic relay;
• any two-position actuators (solenoid valves or two-position actuators);
heating boilers using a “dry contact” type control signal.

VT.K300 controller is manufactures in the following modifications:
• VT.K300.0.0: standard basic modification;
• VT.K300.W.0: controller modification with a built-in WI-FI module and the possibility of remote control via web interface and VALTEC Heat Comfort mobile application.

VT.K300.W.0 controller ensures remote control of pumping and mixing units from anywhere in the world, providing:
• room temperature remote control;
• pump remote control;
• viewing of temperature charts during the day, month or year (temperature charts make possible more accurate commissioning of the mixer unit);
• tracking of emergency situations.

Up to five active devices can be connected to one account.

The mobile application is available on both Android and IOS.

Control via a web browser (web interface) is available.
