New: VALTEC Deslimer Filter

The range of VALTEC filters was supplemented with Dirtstop wash magnetic sludge trap (deslimer filter).

The sludge trap is designed for cleaning of the fluid flow from mechanical impurities in hot and cold water pipe circuits, with the temperature of the transported medium up to 90°C. Presence of a built-in permanent neodymium magnet makes possible retention of fluid iron-containing impurities with the dimensions smaller than the size of the netted filter element mesh.

Elements of the deslimer casing are made of IXEF engineering resin not subject to corrosion. The core magnet is placed in a plastic sleeve, so when the magnet is taken out of the sleeve, all adhered particles settle in the filter chamber and can be easily removed by opening the drainage ball valve.

Rotating system of the lower part of the casing and the internal distribution insert allow installation of the sludge trap in any mounting position in case of various connection options.

Deslimers are equipped with a netted element with 800 microns mesh. “Cyclone” technology is used in XL size models.
