Valves and stop-cocks
The widely used ball valves do not provide for half-closed position of the stop-cock. You cannot regulate the amount of throughput using such valves. When it is necessary to do so, one must use regulatory and shutoff-regulatory (check) fittings, such as VALTED brass valves and stop-cocks. For cold and hot water supply and heating systems, VALTEC offers valve VT.052 and brass stop-cock VT.012. These fittings can be used to regulate the amount of free flowing medium or to completely stop the flow. These items are made og high-quality materials, are repairable, are permissible for use in drinking water systems, have a broad range of working temperatures at nominal pressure of 16 bar.
