Valves bodies and ball gates are made of LTs40Sd brass as per GOST 17711-93. Saddle glands and packing bush are made of PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene.

Valves handles are made of silumin, AK7 alloy as per GOST 1583-93 and coated with epoxy-polyester pulverulent composition of red color.

The fittings are designed for use in systems with pressure up to 16 bar. The admissible temperature of operation environment is from +1 to +150 °C (except for VT.127 valve).

STANDARD ball valves are full bore and repairable. They are allowed for installation as stop valves on pipelines of drinking and drinking and household water systems; of hot water supply and heating, of compressed air, of liquid hydrocarbons, as well as on technological pipelines transporting liquids not aggressive to products materials.

The average full service life of STANDARD valves is 10 years, while the average total life is 25 thousand cycles.

For these products are covered with 5-year warranty period.
