Set of battery-powered tool for installation of axial fittings

(VT.1240PZ.E) VT.1240.PZ battery-powered tool is purposed for performance of connections on axial (slip) fittings of VT.400.BG series when installing pipelines made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xa.

The connected pipes should have type dimensional series S3.2 (SDR 7.4) as per GOST 32415-2013 and the following geometrical parameters (external diameter and wall thickness): 16 (2.2), 20 (2.8), 25 (3.5), 32 (4.4) mm.

The main particularity of the tool is a combination of expansion and crimping functions.

The optimized center of gravity and slip-proof handle simplify tool handling. The design makes it possible to work using only one hand. Crimping tool and expander rotate 360°, which makes it possible working in hard-to-reach places.

The set of the battery-powered tool for installation of axial fittings include the tool itself, crimping clamps (16/20 и 25/32 mm), expansive nose pieces (16, 20, 25, 32 mm), two Li-Ion batteries, battery charger for the battery (feed voltage 22 V 50 Hz), battery charger cord and cutter for 16-32 mm pipes. The equipment is put into a red case. The tool is equipped with OLED display, functions of self-diagnostics and protection during operation and with a cycle counter.
