Ball valves for metal-polymer pipes

VALTEC produces ball valves with connectors for use as shutoff fittings on metal-polymer (metal-plastic) pipelines. The use of such valves simplifies installation of metal-plastic pipe circuits due to the use of a singular type of connection and making unnecessary the inclusion of compression or crimp fittings with thread adapters. The VALTEC ball valves can be used in a broad range of circuits, carrying cold and hot water, including drinking water, heating medium, transportation of compressed air, hydrocarbons and other liquids, which are noncorrosive to the valve’s material. Ball valves for metal-plastic pipes VALTEC are made of high-quality materials: body made of sanitary class brass brand CW617N with nickel-plating; ball gate and stem are made of brass brand CW614N; seat rings are made of Teflon; top seal is made of EPDM. The ball shaped shutoff mechanism is chrome-plated. The structure and materials of connectors used to join the valve with the metal-plastic pipe are similar to the structure and materials of VALTEC compression and crimp-fittings. VALTEC ball valves for use with metal-plastic pipes: recued, unrepairable, with average life of 4 thousand cycles. These fittings are not for use on stand-pipes, main pipelines and parts of the circuit which could be subject to bending strains, transferrable to the valve’s body.
