Thermostatic head with remote immersion sensor

(VT.3011.0) Thermostatic head with remote immersion temperature sensor VT.3011 is designed for operation with the thermostatic valve of mixing units such as VT.COMBI, VT.DUAL, VT.VALMIX and VT.TECHNOMIX, as well as for control of VT .MR01, VT.MR02 and VT.MR03 mixing valves.

The bellow tank of the thermostatic head and the thermosensitive element (sensor) connected to it with a 2 m long copper capillary tube are filled with ethyl acetate. The volume expansion coefficient of this substance is by 30% higher than that of toluene commonly used in liquid thermal heads. It makes thermostat operation more efficient: response time to changes in the controlled temperature is reduced, while control accuracy is practically independent of pressure surges in the system.

Range of regulation of heating medium temperature: from 20 to 62 °C.

The thermostatic head is supplied complete with an immersion sleeve with ½” external thread and clamp screw.
