Split protective sleeve for pipe Insulation

(VT.VZT.R1620) The protective sleeve is a split plastic cap that fits over pipe insulation. The special feature of this sleeve is the ability to install it on an already assembled insulated piping system without dismantling the structure.

Main functions:
• protecting pipe insulation ends from slipping and mechanical damage during installation/removal;
• concealing insulation cuts, giving the assembly a uniform appearance, adding a finished and presentable look to the completed engineering system;

The protective sleeves have a smooth, rigid surface, ideally suited for applying identification labels.

The sleeves are available in three colors: red, blue, and grey.

The sleeves fit pipes with a diameter of 16–20 mm. For 16 mm pipes, the allowable insulation thickness is up to 6 mm; for 20 mm pipes, allowable insulation thickness is 4 mm.
