Floor node for individual (apartment) metering of thermal energy with a bypass valve

(VT.GPR) The floor node is used in water heating systems of apartment houses for distribution of thermal energy between individual consumers and metering of its consumption (in case of installation of a heat meter). Besides, the module enables hydraulic connection of consumers between each other.

The floor node for individual metering of thermal energy also allows to perform service operations: air discharge, heating medium purification, system drainage and filling. Additionally, nodes of VT.GPR series enable automatic maintenance of pressure variation at the input and at the output from the apartment heating system by means of heating medium bypass.

The node is connected to the general distribution pipeline of the heating system (standpipe), disposition of input – left (L) or right (R). Horizontal apartment single- or double-pipe heating systems are connected to the node output. The diameter of connection to the heating system standpipes is ¾ or 1”. Maximum heating medium temperature is 95 ˚С, operation pressure is 10 bar.

The node is supplied assembled; it may be supplied disassembled under a custom order, for subsequent assembly on site.

The node may also be supplied with heat meters, manometers and automatic air vents. Assembled nodes are pressurized by test pressure of 15 bar.
