Shut-off control valve

(VT.042.G) Shut-off control valve VT.042 is purposed for creation of additional hydraulic resistance of the preset value in course of hydraulic connection of circuits or branches of water heating and water supply systems of buildings.

The valve allows manual setting of the designed pressure differential value.

The main purpose of the valve is combined action with pressure differential control VT.041 in two-pipe heating systems (VT.040 kit). Herewith, VT.042 valve sets the calculated value of the connection pressure differential in the services circuit; VT.041 control maintains the calculated pressure differential in the whole circuit.

Lateral valve nozzles serve for connection of the impulse line of VT.041 control and for connection of the electronic device, which measures pressure differential and flow across the valve. The nozzles are equipped with brass plugs.

The valve is provided with a device for fixation of the adjusting position as well as with a detachable insulating housing.

The valve is used in systems with operation pressure up to 16 bar and the maximum temperature of operating medium 120 °C.
