Automatic pressure differential control

(VT.041.G) VT.041 automatic control serves for keeping of the preset pressure differential in the dynamic mode in two-pipe heating and cooling systems with variable flow: at the section between the control and the point of connection of the impulse tube, thereby limiting the flow of operating medium through the controlled section.The main purpose of the control is to operate together with the shut-off control valve VT.042 (kit VT.040) or with VT.054 balancing valve, by which the calculated value is set of the connection pressure differential in the served circuit.

If the connection pressure differential is absent (e.g., in extreme risers of a dead-end system), the impulse tube of VT.041 valve should be connected to the corresponding nozzle of the ball valve with drainage and air vent valve VT.245.

The control is provided with a device for fixation of the adjusting position and is equipped with an impulse tube with connection fitting, as well as with a detachable insulating housing made of foamed polypropylene.

Lateral control nozzles are used for connection of the electronic device which measures pressure differential and its flow on the valve (the nozzles are equipped with brass plugs).

The valve is used in systems with operation pressure up to 16 bar and the maximum temperature of operating medium 120 °C.
