Ultrasonic heat meter

(TСY-15) The VALTEC ultrasonic heat meter is designed for commercial metering of heat energy consumption in water heating systems at the operating pressure of not more than 16 bar and the heating medium temperature of not more than 95 °C.

The ultrasonic heat meter has no moving parts and is not sensitive to presence of insoluble particles in the heating medium.

TCY heat meters are available with nominal inside diameters of 15 and 20 mm (1/2 and 3/4", respectively) at nominal flow rates of 0.6, 1.5 and 2.5 m³/h.

The heat meters are manufactured according to SET.469333.147 TU specifications and are included into the National Register of Measuring Equipment at No. 78877-20.

The TCY heat meter in the respective version can transmit the measured values via a wired or wireless interface, which makes possible its use in automated utility metering system (AUMS).

For convenience of visual perception of the information, the electronic part of the meter is rotated by 90° (in the plane of the LCD display) depending on the installation method: vertical or horizontal.
