Desliming filter with plastic case (model 2023)

(VT.380.B) Desliming filter (flushing magnetic sludge trap) is used for liquid flow cleaning from insoluble mechanical impurities in hot and cold water piping systems (including potable quality), as well as glycol-containing solutions (with the concentration of up to 50%) at the temperature of the carried medium up to 90°C and the pressure up to 0.3 MPa.

The main area of application of the product is cleaning of the heating medium upstream of household heat generators and boilers.

The filter allows three cleaning methods at the same time:
• slime separation due to the cyclone effect;
• removal of magnetic particles from the flow due to presence of two built-in permanent magnets;
• mechanical cleaning on a mesh filter element.

The filter can be connected to the system in four different ways; herewith the filter flask with a drain cock will be always located at the bottom thus blocking sediment penetration back into the delivery pipeline. When connecting using options B and B1, it is necessary U-turn the swivel insert of the filter.

The filter case is made of polyarylamide (IXEF), which makes it resistant to all types of corrosion and chemical impacts.
