Polypropylene fittings

Connectors for polypropylene pipes manufactured by VALTEC include polypropylene and combination (with threaded brass inclusions) fittings, which are meant for polypropylene pipe circuits used for heating, cold and hot water supplies and technological installations. These fittings are made using latest machinery and high-quality raw material: polypropylene PP-R100. The connectors in VALTEC polypropylene fittings are meant for socket welding connections and have conical union pipes. This helps avid the accumulation of melted material, resulting in the narrowing of channels. The whole polypropylene fittings are used to make durable un-detachable joints. The VALTEC combination polypropylene fittings help adapt to threaded joints, which enable you to connect the polypropylene fittings between polypropylene and metallic pipes (or purely metallic pipes on both sides) and sanitary equipment and heating devices. The polypropylene body of the fittings is made in such a way as to enable the use of a standard spanner for installation. The constituent parts of VALTEC combination fittings are made of galvanized brass brand CW617N (European standard 12165). Their structure and the presence of an EPDM gasket significantly increase the level of dependability of these fittings. The form of the constituent parts provides for the resistance of the fitting to mechanical damage during installation. The male thread of brass inserts has notches (grooves) on it to help retain the sealant. The VALTEC polypropylene and combination fittings are meant for use in circuits with working temperature of up to 90°С and nominal pressure of up to 25 bar.
