VT.043 automatic adjustable differential pressure regulator is designed for dynamic maintenance of the specified differential pressure (ΔPn) in two-pipe variable flow heating and cooling systems.

These regulators make it possible to maintain the required differential pressure (ΔPn) at the section between the regulator and the impulse tube connection point, thus limiting operating environment consumption through the regulated section.

The main purpose of the regulators is combined action with VT.054 balancing valves in two-pipe heating systems. In this case, VT.054 balancing valve sets the calculated value of the connection differential pressure in the serviced circuit (ΔPu), while the differential pressure regulator maintains the calculated differential pressure for this section (ΔPn). In case when use of the balancing valve is not required, it is recommended to connect the impulse tube to VT.245 ball valve with drainage and air vent valve having nozzles with 1/4" internal thread (see application examples).

The body of VT.043 automatic differential pressure regulator has nozzles for connect of an electronic device measuring differential pressure and consumption on the valve.

VT.043.GA and VT.043.GLA index regulators have an adjustable cartridge with a supplementary regulator which can be controlled by a two-position or analog servo.

Cartridges of the regulator are equipped with a copper impulse tube with M8 x 1/4" adapter (external thread) for connection to VT.054 balancing valve or VT.245 ball valve.
