Thermal heads and motors

The VALTEC range of products offers all necessary components for automatic control of regulated valves of various purposes. To regulate the radiator’s thermostatic valves, VALTEC offers direct control motors (thermostatic heads) with built-in solid or liquid sensor components. The use of thermal regulators, fitted with them, makes it possible to maintain the given level of temperature in the premises with a tolerance of up to 1°C. The thermostatic valve included in the pumping-mixing units for water heated floors is controlled using VALTEC thermostatic head with submersible or remote sensors. The VALTEC thermostatic servo motors allow you to regulate automatic valves of radiators and distributive manifolds of heated floor (wall and ceiling heating) and cooling systems in the premises as per the reading of the thermometer (temperature sensor). Their functioning is based on the expansion of the liquid (methyl benzene) in the bulb during the passage of current through the built-in heating element. Depending on the model, such motor performs two-step (open-close) or smooth (regulatory signal of 0-10 V) regulation. The VALTEC axial servo motors are designed to regulate mixing and thermostatic valves. They perform three-step impulse or smooth analogue (0-10V) regulation. Servo motor power: 220 V or 24 V. The VALTEC thermostatic heads and servo motors are designed for connection to valves with connector thread of M 30x1.5.
