New in Safety Fittings

Dear partners! We present to your attention a novelty, VT.496 nickel-plated safety valve.

The valve has a fixed setting of 3 bars; 1/2" connection thread and is used in VT.495 and VT.460 safety groups. The novelty will ensure protection against excessive pressure of water-heating units, boilers, pressure vessels, heating systems and press pipe circuits by means of medium discharge (water, uncongealable glycol heating mediums, natural and liquefied gas, etc.) to the environment or to the drain pipeline. Sphere of application: systems with thermal capacity under 43.7 kW. Maximum operating temperature: 120 °C. The possibility is foreseen of manual safety valve opening for control of operability and for prevention of seizing of the spool holder.

The valve has 1/2” connection thread.
