New thermal insulation for pipes

Dear partners! We draw your attention to expansion of the model range of VALTEC Super Protect thermal insulating tubes: VT.SP.02 tubes with 6 mm thick walls in 2 m segments are already in the warehouse.

For color differentiation of pipelines, the product is available in a red (R) and blue (B) shell (similar with a well-known 4 mm thermal insulation supplied in 10 m coils).

VALTEC Super Protect is pipe insulation based on foamed polyethylene with polymer film outer coating, which increases tubes strength by 50 % and protects the material against mechanical damages and aggressive construction environments.

VALTEC Super Protect thermal insulation is ideal for protection of pipes in course of their installation in building structures, floors or walls. Due to material elasticity, the concrete screed is protected against cracking as the consequence of pipes thermal linear expansion.

Thermal insulation is designed for use within the range of operating temperatures from –40 to +95 ºС. Service life of the products is at least 25 years. Available dimensions: from 15 to 35 mm. Country of origin: Russia.
