The VALTEC ball valves are dependable fittings. The design specifics, manufacturing technologies and used materials provide for long operational life of ball valves in case of use in Russian utility networks. The diamond buffing of the shutoff ball and stem and their subsequent chrome or nickel-plating excludes the premature wear and tear of seat rings and spindle gasket, which are made of abrasive-effect resistant polymers. The ball valve is also resistant to the accumulation of foreign particles. The sealing of valve shutoff mechanism conforms to the highest class as per GOST y 9544-2005 – A. the bodies of the valves are made of brass brand CW617N (Euro standard EN 12165), the stem and shutoff ball gate are made of brass brand CW614N (EN 12164). The valve body has an extra galvanization coating. The areas of use of VALTEC ball vales includes: cold and hot water, including drinking water supplies, heating systems, transportation of compressed air, hydrocarbons and other liquids, which are noncorrosive to the valve’s material. The VALTEC BASE ball valves are: full bore, repairable and have extended life (average full life: 155 thousand cycles; average total operational life: 30 years). The seat rings and stem gaskets are made of thermo-resistant Teflon with elastomer additives. The handle fixing nut: self-locking. Range of permissible temperatures: from -30 to +150°C. Nominal pressure: from 40 to 16 bar, depending on the dimensions.
