Polypropylene pipes

The pure and reinforced VALTEC polypropylene pipes are meant for use in systems of heating, cold and hot water and as part of technological pipelines. Main advantages of polypropylene pipes: high strength, no corrosion, resistance against chemically corrosive mediums, ease in transportation, simple socket welding installation and long service life of50 years. The VALTEC range includes pure and multilayer: fiberglass or aluminium reinforced; pipes of diameters from 20 to 110 mm, made of high-quality polypropylene PP-R100. The reinforced polypropylene pipes VALTEC PP-FIBER are made using an optimum ration of fiberglass and polypropylene in the composition of the reinforcement layer. The aluminium layer in PP-ALUX pipes is whole (without perforations). This excludes the chance of diffusion of oxygen through the pipe walls. The central location of this layer simplifies the performance of connection (there is no need for removal of foil from the welding area). The manufacturing of VALTEC polypropylene pipes is carried-out on modern machinery using regular quality control at all stages: starting from the quality control of source raw-materials to the testing of the finished product. The VALTEC polypropylene pipes are sold in 4m lengths, packed in durable bags, which carry printed information of technical and storage character.
