A regulated dynamic automatic flow regulator

(VT.PICV.G) In modern water heating systems, the flow rate of the coolant in individual sections is not a constant. The operation of radiator thermostats causes a change in flow in some areas, and, consequently, leads to an increase in consumption in other sections and branches of the system.

The dynamic flow regulator is designed to maintain the adjustment value of the coolant flow rate of the water heating systems at a differing input pressure. The installation of the VT.PIC valve prevents the additional design costs, thus, balancing the system in a dynamic mode, excluding the emergence of overheated or underheated areas.

The stabilizer consists of two parts: a brass body of VT.PICV with measuring nozzles, into which replaceable VT.PICC cartridges are installed to adjust the required flow rate. Therefore, while making changes in the heating system (adding or removing heaters or branches), it is enough just to replace or reconfigure the valve cartridge without removing the stabilizer body from the pipeline itself.

We would like to point out the fact that the cartridge VT.PICC is an independent commodity position.
