Circulation pump VRS 25/4-130

(VRS.254.13) The pump is based on classical design with wet rotor and three-stage speed control, which has proven outstanding for mass use. This device has further advantages due to the used materials and implemented technical solutions.

The pumps body is made of cast-iron, whereas the rotor shaft, ball-bearings and support washers are made of ceramic materials and have smooth surfaces (this enables the use of this pump even with hard water). The rotor compartment is cooled using the working medium. This flow comes through special cavities in the pressure plate and returns to the blades along the shaft channels. The ceramic crimp washer rests on an elastic EPDM sleeve, which negates shaft vibration.

The VRS circulation pump can be used in open or closed heating systems where the working medium temperature is up to 110°С. Maximum static pressure – 10 bar. The nominal diameter of this model – 25 mm. Maximum pressure (at zero supply) – 4 m H2O. Installation length – 130 mm.

The connector nuts and cable (115 cm, with plug) are included in the package.

The pump is equipped with an overheat protector cutting off the power supply when the temperature of the stator winding is exceeds 150 °C. Subsequent pump activation is only possible after cooling of the winding.
