Attachable collector box SHRNU

(VTc.541.U) Attachable collector box (distribution boxes) VALTEC ShRNU are purposed for placement of collectors, collector units and other equipment of internal water pipeline and heating systems.

The elements of VALTEC collector boxes are made of galvanized steel. Front surfaces are painted with RAL 9016 powder enamel with prior phosphate surface preparation.

Installation of ShRNU box wall-adjacent. A distinguishing feature of this model is removable rear wall with guides. It is fixed directly to the wall or partition through oval orifices. After that, installation of equipment is carried out (collector unit, etc.), and only after that box body is installed on the structure already present. Such installation is more convenient than usual installation into the box.

The flap door has a lock, which protects the equipment installed in the box against unauthorized access.

Increased depth of SHRNU box (180 mm) makes possible placement of large-format metering stations, pumps and other fittings in it.

The width of the proposed models: ShRNU 3 – 700 mm (8-10 collector outputs), SHRNU 4 – 850 (11–12 outputs), SHRNU 5 – 1000 (13–16 outputs), SHRNU 6 – 1150 (17–18 outputs), SРHRNU 7 – 1300 mm (19–20 outputs).

Dear partners! Please note that since summer of 2022, the following changes have been made to the design of VTc.541.U collector box: to ensure greater rigidity and stability of the casing, the rear wall of the box has become non-detachable. Now it is fixed to the frame by contact welding. The rear wall of the box was previously removable and was fastened by a bolted joint in four points. Please take it into account when choosing the equipment.
