Universal (all-purpose) filters
Ordinary mechanical cleansing filters can only be installed horizontally or vertically in case of the water flowing in a downward direction. The universal filters VT.386, created by VALTEC engineers can be installed horizontally or vertically in case of any direction of flow of medium. The universal VALTEC filters are meant for mechanical cleansing of water in cold and hot water supply and heating systems with working temperature of up to 110°C, as well as systems which carry compressed air, oils and liquefied hydrocarbon fuels. The cell size of the filter cartridge: 300 µm, which is optimum for protection against scaling of domestic pressure reducers, water meters, thermostats and modern water outlet fittings (taps, mixers etc). The bodies of VALTEC filters are made of high-quality brass brand CW617N with nickel-plating, whereas the filter cartridge is made of stainless steel. The 90° turn of flow in the filter’s bulb causes turbulence, which causes better cleaning of the working medium. Average complete life: 30 years.
